Is a similar behavior as in Zotero where one need to "View" -> "Shows Items from subcollection" to show up nested items, but in ZotAI I have to individually navigate to each Subsubcollection to apply the prompts instead of a Subcollection-wide processing as no option to reveal or process (in a Subcollection range) is available.
Hierarchy is built in Zotero using "Folder Import for Zotero" Plugin and then linked to ZotAI. An image of the in-app behavior is attatched.
